This Month's Featured Violin Bow:
Christopher Dickson was a student of Charles Espey in Port Townsend, Washington. He now lives in New York.

This violin bow has a round pernambuco stick and is gold-mounted with an ebony frog. The frog is decorated with mother-of-pearl. The weight of this bow is 59 grams. The bow has excellent articulation, balance and tone quality.

This elegant bow was made by Sebastien Adam, a featured archetier in La Fete des Violons, the French instrument exhibit hosted by JSI in October 2009.
