Winter 2010 Rental Service Trips

2009-2010 SERVICE TRIP INFORMATION

JSI will visit the following Concord schools for instrument pickup and exchange:

Please Note: We visit each location only by request, so you must let us know if you will leave your current instrument at any location for pickup. This service trip is for families registered in the Concord Public Schools. Others can select our shipping and store pickup options on line.

New rentals and accessories: Complete your on-line rental contract. Your items will be delivered to whichever location you indicate and can be picked up anytime after dismissal on the delivery date.

Rental Returns: Contact us at 800-359-9351 to let us know you will return your instrument. Indicate which pickup location is desired, then leave your instrument with instructions at that location before 9AM on the service trip date.

Rental Exchanges: To exchange an instrument you currently rent, visit www.johnsonstring.com and click on the “my account” link to set up an on-line rental account. You can check account status, make payments, and order new rentals and accessories online. Indicate which service trip location is desired, then leave your original instrument with instructions at that location before 9AM on the service trip date. Your replacement instrument can be picked up anytime after dismissal on the delivery date.
