June 2008 End of the Year Pickups

Dear Rental Customer,

Johnson String Instrument will visit the Thompson Brook School cafeteria on:

Friday, June 13th, 3:00 – 5:00 PM

to pick up and exchange rental violins, violas, cellos and basses. Some of you may have your rental paid beyond that date. If so, you are welcome to: 1) Take advantage of the free pick up. 2) Keep it and get it back to us by the due date. OR 3) Renew the rental when you receive your next bill.

Renewals: To renew your account for the summer, please call our shop at 800-359-9351.

Returns: We hope your child will continue playing, but if you wish to return your instrument please meet our representative in the Thompson Brook School cafeteria on 6/15.

Please make sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name, address and phone number so we will know which rental account to close!

Exchanges: If you need to exchange your instrument or activate a new rental account, please register on line at www.johnsonstring.com or call 800-359-9351 to reserve an instrument for delivery. Meet our representative in the Thompson Brook School cafeteria on 6/15 to exchange your instrument.
