June 2010 End of the Year Pickups

Spring 2010

Dear UNIS Rental Customer,

Johnson String Instrument will be picking up rental instrument returns at the United Nations International School on Friday, June 18, 2010. We hope your child will continue playing, but if you wish to return your instrument please turn it in to Patricio Diaz no later than Thursday, June 17.

Some of you have your rental paid beyond this date. If so, you are welcome to:
1) Take advantage of the free pick up.
2) Keep it and return it to us by the due date.
3) Renew the rental when you receive your next bill.

Please make sure that your instrument is clearly marked with your name, address and phone number so we will know whose account to close! Failure to do so may result in your account being charged for additional rental time and/or the full retail price of the instrument outfit.

If you are keeping your instrument and need an exchange for any reason please contact our customer service dept. at 800-359-9351 to make the necessary arrangements. We will back again in September to deliver instruments.
