2013 Johnson String will visit Cocoons Day School, 35 Heath Road in Kennebunk, on Wednesday, April 3rd to deliver rental violins and accessories. Please place your order online or at 800-359-9351 before 6 PM on Tuesday, April 2nd. Exchanges: To upgrade or exchange your current instrument, place an order via your online account, or call 800-359-9351. Please mark your original case with your name and phone number, then leave it at the front desk before 10AM on April 3rd. Your replacement instrument can be picked up after dismissal. New Rentals: Instruments will be delivered during the school day. When ordering your violin, indicate that you do not know which size you need, then enter sizing information for your child as prompted. We will visit the school on April 3rd to give each registered player a violin of appropriate size. Accessories: Your teacher requires all players to purchase a shoulder rest foam and a Suzuki Book/CD combo. These will be suggested when you order online, and you are welcome to use the shopping cart tool to select additional items for delivery. Returns: Cocoons Day School parents who are currently renting and need to return instruments can leave them at the front desk for pickup before 10AM on April 3rd. If you are leaving an instrument, please be sure it is marked with your name and phone number. Please understand that we cannot process returns we cannot identify.
